At Shoreline Stitch Co., every item is made with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. Because most of our products are custom‑made, we have specific guidelines to ensure fairness and clarity for both our customers and our business.


Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom embroidery, screen‑printing, DTF transfers, and personalized apparel are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is an error made by Shoreline Stitch Co.

We will gladly fix or replace an item if:

  • The design, spelling, or placement does not match the approved proof
  • The wrong size, color, or product was provided compared to the invoice
  • The item arrives damaged or defective

Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
